Active Ingredients: 
Standardised herbal extract and powder equivalent to: 
Valerian Root (Valeriana Officinalis) 3:1 - 300mg
Equivalent to 1140mg Valerian Root Powder
 
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule up to three times daily with water or as required.

For insomnia one to two capsules 30 minutes before retiring, or as recommended by your health care professional 
 
Not recommended for children and pregnant women
