Directions/Dosage:
Hot Tea: Boil freshly drawn water and pour over one or more teabags in a teapot or cup.
Steep for 3–5 minutes (or longer for a stronger brew).
Add milk and/or honey if desired.
Iced Tea: Prepare as above, allow it to cool, and serve with ice cubes or crushed ice.
Best served with lemon or orange slices for a refreshing twist.
