Average dose for 60kg - 80kg adult: 1 x 5ml (heaped teaspoon) at bedtime, mixed with 50ml milk or water

For children 20kg- 40kg: give 2-3ml (1/2 adult dose)
An extra dose can be taken in the morning to improve calcium metabolism and to help detoxify and alkalize the body.
